1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

- 15 days from date of delivery on eligible items. 

- we only offer store credit for returns at this time.

2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS? 

- Free shipping within Canada on all orders over $150CAD before tax.  

- if the subtotal is less than $150CAD, shipping options will be given at checkout and the customer can choose which one is right for them.  

- Pickup location is also available for local order.

3. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

- we currently only ship within Canada and the US at this time.  

 

4. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

- you will receive a tracking number with your shipment details on it.  Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order for shipping.
